Nicole Scott is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO)
of Steelwealth Management in Garden City, NY. She has been working alongside Ross F. Mongiardo a Certified Financial Planner for over 25 years.
Nicole performs all executive duties while maintaining and providing excellent customer support. She engages with her clients, members of her back office, and wholesalers daily on a personable level. Ultimately, she ensures the goals and visions for the company are being executed. Nicole has the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment, a customer-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
During her years at this position, Nicole has worked with president and assistant of The Garden City Men’s Association and The Garden City Chamber of Commerce where she helped with coordinating projects, organized advertisements, collected data to create spreadsheets and provided email correspondence for fundraising
Nicole is currently working with Scott Johnson, president of Kane Manufacturing Located in Des Moines, IA.
She is involved with Product Development, Business Marketing and all their Social Media platforms. Nicole’s goal is to ultimately increase product sales, attract business, and target a new demographic for the company’s products
Balancing business and personal throughout her life, Nicole has established herself as a loving mother and dedicates her days off to spending time with her family.
She encourages a healthy lifestyle, mentally and physically. Nicole was Certified as a Personal Fitness Instructor twenty-five years ago and continues that path with recently adding a Certification in Mental Health First Aid. Her optimistic mindset and outlook on life has had a positive impact on friends, family, and others around her.
Nicole credits both of her children for teaching her how to approach problems with an open mind.
